National Wreaths Across America Day 2024

Please plan to attend the Wreaths Across America event scheduled for December 14, 2024 at 12:00pm here in Howland. The event will start at the Howland Memorial Park on Bridge Road and after a short ceremony volunteers will proceed to the Howland or West enfield Cemetery for the laying of the wreaths. Over 710 wreaths will be placed on Hero's graves in several community cemeteries in the area.  Please join us after wreath laying for a hot luncheon supported by the American legion Auxiliary Post 97 on Main Street in Howland.
